Sending anyway raises the chance this number is blocked by WhatsApp. A blocked number cannot be appealed or restored, and it takes your whole team offline with it.
This was set because the lead replied asking us to stop. There is no override for it, and a rule that keeps messaging someone who asked to stop is what turns into a report. Clear it only if the message was read wrongly, or if the lead has since asked to hear from you again.
No approved template for this WhatsApp number yet. An Owner creates them under Settings, WhatsApp templates.
