Message library
Messages here are reusable and can be attached to a stage rule. There is no approval step: what you save is what goes out. Each message holds several versions of the same thing, and the sender rotates through them, because sending identical text to a lot of leads is the fastest way to get a number blocked.
Nothing here yet. A stage rule can carry its own one-off text, so a message only needs to live here if more than one rule uses it.
Only one version, so every lead a rule matches gets exactly the same words. That is the pattern most likely to get the number blocked. Add a second phrasing when you can.
Automations
When a deal of a product reaches a stage, the chosen message goes out on WhatsApp by itself (as its template when the 24-hour window is closed). Quiet hours hold it until they end; a lead who replies with one of the opt-out words is not messaged again.
WhatsApp template: link an approved template to start conversations and to send this message in automations, then say which deal field fills each variable. A variable without a deal field is never guessed: automations do not send this message, and a person sending it by hand has to type the value.
You can drop the lead's details into the text with {{firstName}}, {{name}}, {{email}}, {{phoneNumber}}, {{productName}}, {{ticketCode}} or {{userName}}. Anything else sends as a blank space.
